Ground Floor

Outside you will find the storage room beneath the carport, where you can also park one car.

If needed, a second car may be parked next to the house, facing the slopes (in line with the mailbox and whirlpool).

From the front door you will enter the hallway, which has two coat rackes and one for normal shoes (outdoor shoes must be stowed away in the storage unit outside).

From the hallway you will find the laundry room with a washingmachine and dryer in one. The room also has a toilet and sink and where you will find the wifi router. 

Next through the glass door you will find the open kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances such as a fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee machine, cooking supplies and cutlery. 

You may find yourself sitting at the modern but typical Austrian style dining area. Also suitable for game nights next to the fireplace. It has a couch, suitable for three people and five chairs. 

The living area has a cozy corner, which is perfect to read a book and where you can enjoy the magic views.

On the other side you will find a corner sofa where you can relax and enjoy watching Netflix on the tv.

From the living you also have a great view of the slopes and mountains surrounding. 

From the living you can acces the outside area where you can hang out, have a bbq or relax in the whirlpool.
